Inspired from our traditional heirloom Chunda recipe, this is a contemporary take on the same. Made exclusively from Ladwa mangoes from Valsad only in the summer season and sun aged for 2 weeks, this Sweet, tangy and lightly spiced sauce is ideal as a dip, spread and even a marinade. You can also use it to jazz up your stir fry, sabzis or curries.
This sauce does not contain any artificial emulsifiers so the sugars might separate if kept, for long periods of time so always shake well before use.
Do not refrigerate this product, its best stored at room temperature in a cool dry place.
